Hi, I’m Kristi

I’ve always been drawn to building things - spaces, ideas, experiences, and sometimes, just a really good meal. At my core, I’m a creative who believes in living a purposeful life - one where everything I make has intention behind it.

I studied architecture and real estate development at USC, and later pursued my master’s in energy engineering at UC Berkeley. It’s important to me to operate on both sides: creative and technical. I believe good ideas are only as strong as their execution, and I’ve built my approach around doing both. That foundation still informs everything I do, though my work today looks a little different (and a lot more hands-on).

Now, I acquire land and fully lead the design, build, and operation of my projects, ranging from office buildings and housing to F&B concepts. I’m involved end-to-end, from the first sketch to the final detail, and into how the space actually performs day-to-day. My approach is deeply rooted in human-centered design: function always comes first, and form follows with intention. That means building efficiently, understanding construction at a granular level, and negotiating smartly to make projects financially viable. Alongside this, I’m also involved in the tech space.

This site started as a portfolio from my school years, but it’s now a living archive of everything I’m building and exploring: completed projects, works in progress, and the in-between moments that give the work (and life) meaning.

And somewhere between all of that, there’s cooking - my 5–9, my after-hours therapy. I love hosting, bringing people together, and creating intimate, curated spaces where conversations flow as easily as the food.

If you’re working on something interesting—whether it’s a space, a concept, or even something in the kitchen—I’m always open to collaborating. I’m actively developing and holding land (in South & Central Jakarta), and open to partnerships, leases, and new ideas worth building.

Let’s build something thoughtful (or delicious).
